In February 2009, Bentley announced the production of Bentley Continental Supersports. The car was unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, announced to be available in autumn 2009 worldwide, while North American cars would be available by summer 2010.

The first Bentley capable of running on both petrol (gasoline) and biofuel (E85 ethanol). The car's 6.0 litre W12 engine was rated 630 metric horsepower (463 kW; 621 bhp) at 6,000 rpm and 800 newton metres (590 ft·lbf) at 1,700-5,600 rpm - using either fuel. The car has 0 to 100 kilometres per hour (0.0 to 62.1 mph) acceleration of 3.9 seconds, 0 to 160 kilometres per hour (0.0 to 99.4 mph) acceleration of 8.9 seconds, top speed of 329 kilometres per hour (204.4 mph), making it the fastest and the most powerful production Bentley ever. The Supersports is already known as the best handling Bentley. Bentley says the supersports can deliver 1.29 g forces on a 300-foot (91 m) skid pad, as compared to its sibling the Continental GT speed which can perform up to .98 g forces on a 300-foot (91 m) skidpad.

It includes a revised ZF 6HP26A tiptronic automatic with "Quickshift" system that reduces shift times by 50%, and enables double downshifts.[citation needed] The car uses a Torsen T-3 centre differential for the 40:60 rear-biased torque split for the four-wheel drive system. Other changes include revised Continuous Damping Control (CDC),[citation needed] 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels (with increased 25 mm (1.0 in) offset on rear wheels) with 275/35 ZR20 Pirelli Ultra High Performance tires, advanced Bosch Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) with switchable Dynamic Mode, Carbon fibre-reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic disc brakes (the largest and most powerful brakes ever fitted to a production car),[citation needed] 110 kilograms (243 lb) weight saving over Continental GT Speed, automatic retractable spoiler (deploys at 80 km/h (50 mph)).[citation needed]

US model has MSRP of $267,000, with early vehicles not having E85 capability, which would be available in summer of 2010 for US market.

In April 2010, Bentley announced a convertible version of the Continental Supersports. Pricing starts at $280,400, and will go on sale in the Summer of 2010. The convertible gets the same engine as the coupe, but will receive a revised version of the ZF 6HP26 transmission with "Quickshift," cutting shift times by 50% and enabling double downshifts. The convertible also gets new, lightweight 20-inch alloy wheels that are 22 lb (10.0 kg) lighter than the standard wheel.

Patridge will be appearing as the lead in her own reality series The Audrina Show which premieres in 2010.Audrina is the host of The Talent Contest Network,, as well. She has also appeared in Sorority Row and Into The Blue 2.

After moving to Los Angeles, she was hired for a job at Quixote Studios as a receptionist. In 2006, Laguna Beach stars Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag moved into her building to shoot their MTV show The Hills. Audrina became friends with both girls and joined the cast of the series. In the 3rd-5th Hills seasons, Audrina had been working for Epic Records. Her final episode of the series aired on December 1, 2009, but surprisingly, she signed on for the sixth season of The Hills while her new show, The Audrina Show, produced by Mark Burnett, set to air on MTV in mid 2010, was put on hold due to The Hills.

The Mercedes SL model was revealed in the Geneva Motor Show in March. The 2008 SL gets a new, more aggressive front end reflecting Mercedes's new design philosophy, with a pair of long powerdomes on the bonnet and a single-bar grille replacing the old three-bar effort. Also improvements have been made on the engines as the 3.5L V6 is uprated to 311 PS (229 kW; 307 hp) at 6500 rpm. Compared to the previous 3.5-litre engine, the output has been boosted by 16 percent. Torque has also been improved adding 10 N·m (7.4 lb·ft) to the previous 350 N·m (260 lb·ft) making it 360 N·m (270 lb·ft). this engine now can rev up to a max of 7200 rpm for a period as the oil temperature and other engine parameters permitting, a higher compression ratio, a new intake manifold and extensively modifying and lightening the valve train. In this case, however, the extra power does not come at the expense of fuel economy: with a consumption figure of 9.9 litres per 100 kilometres, the new SL 350 undercuts the previous model developing 200 kW (272 PS; 268 hp) by 0.4 litres per 100 kilometres. Mercedes-Benz is extending the SL-Class line-up by introducing an attractive entry-level model in the shape of the SL 280 developing 170 kW (231 PS; 228 hp). The six cylinder powerplant delivers its peak torque of 300 N·m (220 lb·ft) from 2500 rpm and accelerates the roadster from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.8 seconds, whilst fuel consumption (NEDC) is just 9.4 L/100 km (30 mpg-imp; 25 mpg-US). It will feature the AIRSCARF heating system used in the SLK.

Toyota debuted the new Prius (2010 US model year) at the 2009 North American International Auto Show, and sales began in Japan on May 18, 2009.Its new body design is more aerodynamic, with the coefficient of drag reduced to 0.25 Cd. An underbody rear fin helps stabilize the vehicle at higher speeds.

The estimated fuel-efficiency rating using the U.S. EPA combined cycle is: 50 mpg-US (4.7 L/100 km; 60 mpg-imp).The Prius becomes the most efficient car powered by liquid fuel available in the U.S. in 2009, based on the official rating.Only the first-generation Honda Insight (2000–2006) equipped with a manual transmission attained higher mileage. The official UK fuel efficiency data for the Prius T3 is: Urban 72.4 mpg-imp (3.90 L/100 km; 60.3 mpg-US), Extra Urban 76.4 mpg-imp (3.70 L/100 km; 63.6 mpg-US), Combined 72.4 mpg-imp (3.90 L/100 km; 60.3 mpg-US).[47]

The 1.8-liter gasoline engine (previously 1.5 liters) generates 98 hp, and with the added power of the electric motor, total horsepower is 134 hp (previously 110 hp). The larger engine displacement allows for increased torque, reducing engine speeds (RPM) which in turn increases fuel economy at highway speeds. With an electric water pump, the Prius engine is the first production engine that requires no accessory belts, which also further improves fuel economy. The electric motors and other components of the hybrid powertrain are also smaller and more efficient. Toyota estimates the new inverter, motor and transaxle are 20 percent lighter. Disc brakes replace the previous rear drum brakes.

2010 Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera REVIEW
the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera is the new top model in the Gallardo line-up. Its evocative 'superlight' badge refers to a driving machine of true sporting character and describes a high-performance and lean automotive athlete. The Superleggera makes its entrance to continue the success of its predecessor, launched in 2007, of which Lamborghini produced and sold no less than 618 in just one year.

Compared with the already lean Gallardo LP 560-4, the weight of the Gallardo Superleggera has been trimmed by 70 kilograms (154 lb). The super sportscar from Sant'Agata Bolognese boasts a dry weight of no more than 1340 kilograms (2954 lb) – the lightest road-going model in Lamborghini's range, and a new arrival in one of the most exclusive market niche segments.

One key factor is the exterior and interior components made from carbon-fiber. Carbon-fiber is ideal for the manufacture of sportscars as its use allows for weight reduction and improved mechanical features. The car's performance is thus enhanced thanks to a better weight-to-power ratio and reduced total mass, which means that CO2 emissions are also lower. Lamborghini has been at the forefront in this material's application for many years, and now the brand is extending its leadership even further.

The V10 power unit with 5.2 liters (317,6 cu in) of displacement generates 419 kW (570 CV*) in the Gallardo Superleggera. This puts the weight-to-power ratio of the new top model at only 2.35 kilograms (5.18 lb) per CV and guarantees breathtaking performance. The Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera handles the dash from zero to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.4 seconds and flies past the 200 km/h (124 mph) mark only 10.2 seconds later, ultimately reaching 325 km/h (202 mph). The engine with 'Iniezione Diretta Stratificata' gasoline direct injection also boasts an impressive degree of efficiency. Its fuel consumption and CO2 emissions have been reduced by 20,5 percent compared to the previous model.

The Gallardo Superleggera is an uncompromising driving machine. Its running gear, with its mighty braking system, has a dedicated and exceptionally precise set-up, while its 19-inch wheels, Pirelli P Zero Corsa, clad in Pirelli sports rubber, are extremely light. The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera brings a whole new meaning to the term 'super sportscar'.

2010 Lumma Design Porsche Panamera Review and Specifications
Giving the new Porsche an aggressive appearance, Lumma design hooked it up with an extreme body kit.The Porsche Panamera gets a new character in Winterlingen, Germany. LUMMA Design remains unimpressed by the four doors of the Gran Turismo. The engineers see an automobile with racing character, tailor a carbon coat to the outer shell and refine the interior with precious leather. This way, the Panamera turns into the LUMMA CLR 700 GT.

Carbon and Kevlar mould the aerodynamics

At LUMMA Design, the Gran Turismo from Zuffenhausen is equipped with a large number of carbon parts which both enormously boosts the agility as well as the sporty appearance. Therefore, the cup spoiler sword, the lateral air inlets, the rear skirt corners and the entire rear diffuser are made of carbon, as well as the side skirt and the rear wing with the aluminium stilts. The sports bonnet with the two additional air vents has also been made of the ultra-light material and is also reinforced with a Kevlar bracing. The aerodynamics kit is completed with the front spoiler with LED indicators, wing extensions and the rear skirt with the air vents.

The dynamic look is underlined with headlight rings in the car colour and shaded rear lights. The according sound is provided by the end muffler “Sportsound“ with its four stainless steel end pipes, each measuring 100 millimetres in diameter.

Three-part forged wheels in 21 inches

Wheels from the “Racing Edition“ render a racing look to the CLR 700 GT. LUMMA Design fits these three-part rims with the forged star hub and the stainless steel outer well in 10.5x21 inches with tyres measuring 265/30 at the front- and 12x21 inches with ultra-high performance tyres measuring 305/30-21 at the back axle.

LUMMA Design combines sports and luxury in the interior. The aluminium pedals and the light alloy foot rest are exemplary for the performance of the car. The high-class interior is achieved with an entire leather- and ultra-suede equipment with silver decoration stitches.

These perfectly match with the silver seat-belts at all four seats. The noble character of the car is enhanced with the type plate displaying the consecutive serial number, the door sills with the illuminated lettering “CLR 700 GT“ as well as the velour floor mats and the boot mat with the LUMMA coat of arms logo and leather edging.

LUMMA Design is already working on a performance enhancement up to 700 hp (515 kW). Already now available is the engine optics kit in red with carbon inlay and the coat of arms logo.
